The 45-minute appointment is suited to focused treatment of one or two areas, while the 60-minute appointment allows more time for a comprehensive session or multiple areas. If you're unsure, get in touch and I can help you choose.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. You may be asked to adjust or remove clothing where necessary for treatment, with appropriate towels or coverings used to maintain your comfort and privacy.

No. Sports massage can also be suitable for active people, gym-goers and clients experiencing muscular tightness from work or everyday activities.

This will depend on your treatment and training plans. You may be advised to allow some recovery time following treatment, particularly after a more intensive session. Relevant aftercare guidance will be provided where appropriate.

Yes. EJB offers 3 × 60-minute sessions for £150 and 5 × 60-minute sessions for £240. Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Full details are available on the Services page.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will require full payment. For treatment packages, the affected session may be deducted from the package. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
